🔹 Education Programs Committee: Play a key role in advancing professional development for our chapter members! As part of this team, you'll help provide engaging, industry-relevant speakers at a variety of venues. Your involvement will include identifying and securing speakers, developing compelling session topics, and managing all aspects of event planning. Join us in creating dynamic learning experiences that keep our members informed and inspired.
🔹 MarComm Committee: Love to communicate and connect? Join our Marketing and Communications (MarComm) Committee and help tell our chapter's story! Whether through crafting engaging email campaigns, managing our website, or promoting events via social media outlets, you'll be the voice that amplifies our achievements and keeps our community informed and excited.
🔹 Membership Committee: Be the heart and soul of our chapter by helping us grow and maintain our vibrant community! As part of the Membership Committee, you'll attract, welcome, and mentor new members, ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing ones, and host engaging events throughout the year. Your enthusiasm will help new members feel at home and keep our community thriving.
🔹 Sponsorship Committee: Drive the financial success of our chapter by building and maintaining strong sponsor relationships! As a member of this committee, you'll help create and refine our sponsorship benefits program, maintain connections with existing sponsors, and cultivate relationships with prospective sponsors. Additionally, you'll make strategic recommendations to the Executive Board on development strategies and sponsorship program growth that will enhance the overall success of our chapter.
🔹 University Relations Committee: Be a vital link between our chapter and higher education institutions! Promote academic challenges, facilitate scholarships and internships, and inspire the next generation of real estate professionals. Your efforts will strengthen our partnerships with academia and help nurture future talent.
🔹 Emerging Leaders Committee: Help shape the future of our industry by supporting the next generation of real estate leaders! As a member of this committee, you'll develop programs and initiatives that provide young professionals and students (35 years old and younger) with access to valuable educational resources and networking opportunities. Your involvement will be crucial in inspiring and empowering future leaders.
